I (very nearly) always enjoy listening to you in your podcasts. I particularly enjoyed your take on some of the aspects of complaint.
Sorry, I should have thought an extra minute before commenting so quickly. You mentioned the difference in numbers and such between genders and the US vs. UK which got me wondering about ethnicity and complaint. Are there some cultures more resigned to their lot then others? My guess is affirmative.
